Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy 

This contract is entered into between Maverick Digital and your company (herein referred to as “Client”) on the day you sign and complete the form.

  1. Maverick Digital will provide Client with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) services (herein referred to as SEO). Maverick Digital and Client will form an independent contractor relationship, with neither party implying or intending a partnership or joint venture. 

  2. Both parties will agree on an SEO start date, and charges will be assessed in accordance with that date. 

  3. Clients will receive a monthly report on performance of SEO.

  4. Either party must give at least 15 business days’ notice before canceling or fully transferring service duties to another service vendor.

  5. Maverick Digital maintains the right to subcontract some SEO duties to a third-party service provider. 

  6. Any individual who is not a party to the Contract has no rights under or in relation to the Contract. 

Payment

  1. If client signs up for any of Maverick Digital’s monthly service packages, they must pay the fully charged cost before work begins.

  2. If the client and Maverick Digital agree on a fixed price for SEO, the client is responsible for paying 50% of the billable amount in advance, prior to starting the work. The remaining 50% of the agreed upon payment must be made within 30 days of the start date of SEO.

  3. Maverick Digital shall invoice the client monthly, in advance. 

  4. In addition, if a client fails to pay a monthly fee when the payment is due, Maverick Digital will instantly stop the SEO. We shall not be obligated to provide a 30-day notice in this or any circumstance. 

Liability

  1. Maverick Digital shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from a delay in the obligated SEO deliverables caused by natural or unforeseen events.

  2. Client will defend, indemnify, and hold Maverick Digital harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and losses that arise out of the SEO service provided by Maverick Digital to the client under this agreement. This includes without limitation claims brought forth by third parties alleging false advertising, liability claims for services sold by the client, claims for patient, trademark, and copyright infringement, claims arising from service outage or malfunction, or claims arising from content you submit to Maverick Digital for publication.

  3. Because of the nature of digital media, any content or information provided by client to Maverick Digital for publishing will be available to the general public as soon as it is published. Due to the nature of the advertised content, Maverick Digital will not be liable for screening the material or any damages or losses of profit, goodwill, or other business assets.

Waiver 

  1. If we fail to insist on strict performance of certain SEO obligations as stated in this contract, or any of our terms and conditions during this SEO contract term, this will not automatically relieve you of any of the obligations mentioned in these terms and conditions and will not constitute a waiver. 

  2. Any term or condition waiver will only be effective if it is notified to the client in writing. 

Privacy Rights

  1. Information provided by client via contact form, such as name, phone number, email, and website URL will be kept private and will not be shared with other parties without prior approval. The information will, however, be shared with Maverick Digital staff.

  2. Maverick Digital will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against loss, alteration, and abuse. 

  3. Data transfer over the internet is inherently unsafe, and Maverick Digital cannot guarantee any level of security in this regard. 

  4. On the other hand, for any type of monetary transaction, we employ SSL encrypted technology to offer premium protection against online fraud and theft. 

  5. Cookies are used to track the browsing habits, information, and preferences of web users. We may use cookies to compile statistical data about your browsing patterns in order to improve the functionality and user experience of our website. 

  6. Some third-party advertisers whose ad links appear on our site may also use cookies to collect statistical data about you. Cookies do not give us or any third-party entity access to any of your personal information. 

Maverick Digital maintains the right to change the aforementioned terms and conditions at any time, including during the course of the client contract, and such changes will be communicated.
